Meet Felicity Kahn

Felicity proudly calls Mandeville home, and the entire Northshore has long been her heartbeat. She cherishes the days when the town felt a little quieter and is equally grateful to be part of the vibrant, flourishing community it has become.

With 13 years of real estate experience, along with a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and banking, Felicity brings a well-rounded professional background to her work. She previously held both Series 6 and Life and Health insurance licenses, experience that contributes to her deeply informed, service-oriented approach. Being voted "Northshore's Best" for 11 consecutive years is an honor that reflects the trust and support of the community she loves.

Felicity finds true joy in connecting people with the places and neighborhoods that feel like home. Helping clients become part of the Northshore community is one of her greatest professional rewards.

A graduate of Mandeville High School and Louisiana Tech University, Felicity is a lifelong Mandeville resident. She and her husband of 21 years, Jay, are the proud parents of two children, Margaux and Trey, who are the joy of their lives.
